Welcome to your AccessPay account

The benefit of salary packaging starts with your first pay. You will receive part of your pay from your employer (just as you do now). Your salary packaging payment will already have been deducted as pre-tax dollars and sent to AccessPay. This payment will then be paid to you by us. You will receive a notification when we pay you and you can also see the details on your AccessPay account.

Frequently Asked Questions

To make your salary packaging as easy as possible, we’ve put together some answers to common questions we get asked when employees first start salary packaging.

  • When will I get my payment from AccessPay?

Your employer sends us your money on the same day you get paid. We then process it and pay your benefit. It can take 24-48 hours for your benefit to be processed through your financial institution or to be added to your salary packaging  card if you chose one.

If the first payment from AccessPay came through 24 hours after your employer paid you, this is when you can expect  your salary packaging payment in the future.

  • Where does my money get paid?

You money will be paid by AccessPay into your nominated bank account or will be added to a salary packaging card.

  • How will I know that AccessPay have made a payment to me?

You will receive a confirmation email after each payment made by AccessPay and you will also see the payment in your AccessPay account

  • Why didn’t I receive my first pay from AccessPay when I thought I would?

If you have not provided the required supporting documents such as your mortgage agreement, we may not be able to start your payments. You should already have received details of the documents needed and you can find them here.

Or, if you applied for a salary packaging card and haven’t received it yet, you can download your digital card so you can access your funds until your card arrives.

  • How do I set up my online account?

You will need to confirm your date of birth and the email address you registered with us to activate your account. If you haven’t provided us with an email address, please contact us.
