Follow these activation instructions if you are activating your replacement salary packaging card. Replacement cards are issued because your current salary packaging card is about to expire or has recently expired.
Your card will arrive with a new PIN. We recommend you change your PIN as soon as you receive your new card. You can change your PIN back to your old PIN if you prefer.

Your digital card is linked to your plastic salary packaging card and expires at the same time as your plastic card, so you need to remove it from your mobile device and add your new one.
Yes, once activated, your replacement card works in exactly the same way as your previous card. You can still check your balance, view transactions and access rewards, via the AccessPay App or your AccessPay account.
