Register for online access

To complete your registration you will need:
  • The email address linked to your AccessPay salary packaging account
  • Date of birth

You can register for online access in these simple steps:

  1. Select LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT at the top right hand of the screen

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Select please click here on the log in screen. This will take you to Register for online access.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Provide your email address and date of birth and then select Submit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Enter your Username (this is your subscriber number), set your password and then select NEXT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. You will receive a confirmation email and need to select the link in this email to activate your online access.

 

 

 

 

 

 


AccessPay on the go

AccessPay on the go is AccessPay’s Mobile App. Just like your online account, it provides you with secure and convenient access to your salary packaging account. But with the App you can access your account anytime, anywhere.

Understanding your online account

Your account dashboard is the home page of your salary packaging account and is the first thing you see after you log in.  You can access all your account information from this dashboard including:

  • The ability to view your details by each employer you work for
  • Your latest AccessPay balance

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Payments

Here you can:

  • view your payment details
  • update your payment arrangements
  • add supporting documentation
  • make a claim

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Transactions

Here you can:

  • view your latest transactions
  • check if a payment has been made
  • view your latest statement

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Cards

Here you can:

  • View your card details
  • Report a card lost, stolen or damaged
  • Report any fraudulent transactions
  • Manage your PIN

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Details

Here you can:

  • Update your contact details
  • Change your password
  • Update your name or address

Here you’ll find contact details for:

  • Salary packaging
  • Novated leasing
  • Salary packaging cards

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Make a claim

  1. From the salary packaging dashboard select My Payments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Identify the benefit you want to claim for and select New supporting documentation.
 
 

 

 

3. Enter the total amount of the claim and select Next.

 

 

 

 

 

4. To attach the relevant documents to support your claim, select Upload file. This will allow you to browse your computer and locate the correct file.
OR
If you have already provided the documents needed, tick the box.
 

 

 

5. Read the Online Declaration then select submit. By selecting submit you are confirming you agree to this declaration.
 

 

 

 

 

6. A message will then appear to show the claim is awaiting approval from AccessPay.

 

 

 

 

 

Once this has been approved the claim will be processed and the money paid to your account.

View your transactions

  1. From the salary packaging dashboard select My Transactions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Choose Salary Packaging Account for your salary packaging transactions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Choose General Living Expense Account for your card transactions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. You can choose to View or Download your transactions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. If you choose View, your transactions will be shown on screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. If you choose Download, a PDF statement or Excel spreadsheet will download.
