Gemma began her career at AccessPay in January 2011 and has progressed to the position of Implementations Manager.

Gemma has an extensive background in customer service, spending many years in the catering industry as well as coaching gymnastics and running recreation programs. With a detailed understanding of the needs of our clients she assists her team to continuously provide a high level of service.

Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Geography, as well as a Diploma in Management and a Certificate IV in Business Administration.
