The end of the Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year (31 March 2021) is almost here. To maximise the tax benefit you receive, you need to spend all the funds in your salary packaging account before the end of the FBT year.

Any funds left in your account after 31 March will still be available for you to claim, but will reduce your salary packaging limit for the 2021/2022 FBT year by the same amount, meaning you’ll receive fewer tax savings.
