AccessPay is a leading provider of specialists salary packaging and employee benefit solutions to the charitable and Not for Profit sector. The business formed in 2001 to support a service gap in the market for clients looking for greater guidance and one-to-one support for their packaging offering.

 

The organisation stemmed from national accounting firm, Nelson Wheeler Nexia, with a strategic focus on supporting the Not for Profit sector. AccessPay’s close affiliation with Nexia continues to this day, including through the provision of expert guidance in the formation of salary packaging solutions.

 

We pride ourselves on being a values-based organisation that understands the needs of our clients, and respect and admire their work in supporting the wider community. As specialists in the charitable and Not for Profit sector, we are proud to be recognised as an endorsed salary packaging and employee benefits provider to National Disability Services (NDS), Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA) in Victoria and Queensland and the preferred supplier to LASA NSW/ACT.

Our Key Staff

Grant Octoman

   

Grant is the Founder of AccessPay. Grant was formerly a partner of the national charted accounting firm, Nelson Wheeler Nexia (now Nexia). Grant has been invited to write submissions to the Productivity Commission, assists peak bodies with salary packaging policy and contributes to current debate and reviews.

Grant utilises his extensive experience to guide employers in the formulation of their salary packaging policies that supports their strategic and operational goals, minimises risk and maximises the value of their packaging arrangements.

 

 

Ian MacCallum

     

Ian has an extensive background in both accounting and human resources.

Since 1999 Ian has specialised in providing human resource consulting services to the Not for Profit sectors across Australia, and advises organisations about the benefits of salary packaging and the provision of broad employee benefits programs as a core component in their human capital strategies.

Ian also provides guidance, support and advise to a range of organisations and peak bodies on workforce strategic planning. Ian is a member of the National Disability Services (NDS) workforce planning committee. 



Sarah Haas - Chief Commercial Officer

    Having joined AccessPay in January 2015 as our General Manager, Client Services. Sarah’s role has been developed to Chief Commercial Officer. Sarah works with our Client Services team across the country to further develop and enhance the services we provide. Sarah’s background includes an extensive leadership career in client relationship management with Sensis (Yellow Pages).

Sam Octoman - General Manager, Technology and Compliance

     

Sam joined AccessPay in early 2006 and is currently General Manager, Technology and Compliance. Sam has completed a Diploma of Management, is  a certified Project Manager, and IT Service Technician an is currently completing his Master's Degree.

Sam has led a number of innovative projects at AccessPay, all of which have contributed to the improved value of our service offering and created new avenues for employees to engage with your salary packaging and employee benefits program. These projects have included the development of our unique Online Sign Up module, our mobile application, AccessApp, and our redesigned Online Changes (secure website login) module.

Sam has a meaningful understanding of network and data security and is responsible for the management of all aspects of the AccessPay network, including software and application development, actively minimising any risks in this area.



Ljiljana Milicevic - Senior Operations Manager

   

Ljiljana joined AccessPay in 2009 as a Subscriber Service Officer and has progressed to the position of Senior Operations Manager. In this role, Ljiljana is responsible for the training and development of our service delivery teams, and as well as overseeing the delivery of consistent and standardised work practices and procedures.

Ljiljana is instrumental in continuously improving the quality of AccessPay's service delivery by ensuring that our Core Values and Principles are embedded in our training and development and management practices. Ljiljana has a comprehensive understanding of salary packaging and employee benefits environment, of how to ensure benefits available are enjoyed, and assists our Operations team in delivering a high quality, values driven service on a daily basis.


Brian Letchford - National Client Development Manager

         

 

Brian is the newest member of the AccessPay team having joined in September 2015 as our National Manager - Client Development, based in Melbourne. Brian has a wealth of experience in salary packaging, predominately with Not for Profit organisations, and an extensive background in business development and client management across the financial services industry. We welcome Brian's expertise and understanding of the charitable and Not for Profit sector.and look forward to  extending our employee benefits services to our valued clients.


Simon Arsenis - Client Services Consultant VIC

    Simon commenced with AccessPay in early 2013 as a Client Services Consultant located in Victoria. Simon has a retail services background, and in the last 12 years has worked in the financial services sector. Simon has extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service, relationship management and development of business opportunities. In keeping with AccessPay’s Core Values and Principles, Simon is committed to providing personalised advice and guidance to all clients and staff, to ensure that the benefits of salary packaging are maximised and tailored to suit the individual.

Mia Ilic - Client Services Consultant NSW & ACT

    Mia is a member of the AccessPay’s Client Services team in NSW/ACT, having commenced in the National Advisory Office in 2010. Mia is adept at liaising with all levels of staff within an organisation to provide the personalised support and service required to maximise their financial outcomes within the policy framework. Mia holds a Diploma in Management.


Mark Oxley - Client Services Manager QLD

     

Mark Oxley joined AccessPay in 2003 and is now our Queensland Client Services Manager. Having worked in the financial services sector for 15 years, including with clients in the Not for Profit sector, Mark brings extensive industry and practical experience designing tailored financial packages to suit his clients’ needs. Mark is able to deal with staff at all levels and strives to deliver the most suitable outcome for organisations and individuals with strong guidance and support.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.


Tanya McKeough - Client Services Consultant SA & NT

     

Tanya came to AccessPay in 2006 from a traineeship in Administration and has held a variety of roles within the organisation including Subscriber Service Officer, Team Leader. Tanya’s many years of experience has developed her thorough understanding of the benefits of salary packaging for both the employer and the employee, and assisted in providing a quality service to our SA/NT clients.

 

Rebecca Fantasia - Client Services Consultant SA & NT

      

Rebecca joined AccessPay in 2011 as a Subscriber Service Officer, and was promoted to the Client Services Team in mid-2013. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and has spent her time with AccessPay advising and guiding our subscribers how best to tailor a flexible salary packaging benefit to suits their lifestyle and financial needs. Rebecca’s approachable nature and relationship skills assist in continuing to drive our client’s needs across the state.

  

 

Danielle Crawford - National Client Services Manager

     Danielle commenced with AccessPay in early 2012 and is our National Client Services Manager. Danielle has extensive experience in HR and recruitment, spending 7 years providing HR advice and recruitment solutions to health, disability and community care clients. Danielle has also spent time as a Development Manager on the Executive team for a Not for Profit organisation where she was responsible for business development as well as providing HR solutions and improvements. Danielle is able to liaise with all levels of staff within an organisation and is dedicated to providing a personalised service to ensure that maximum benefits are received for the individual.  Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing and a National Diploma in Social Care.

 

Lara Chambers - Client Services Consultant WA

Lara is a member of the client services team in WA and brings with her extensive client and relationship management. Lara has held several State and Relationship Management roles within the salary packaging sector and most recently as an executive coach focusing on the areas of communications and business. Lara joined AccessPay in January 2015, and works closely with Danielle Crawford to deliver value add services to our clients. Lara holds a Diploma in Business Studies and various qualifications in credit, risk and coaching/learning techniques.

Fiona Rice - Client Services Manager TAS

    

Fiona joined AccessPay in March 2016 as our Client Services Manager, Tasmania. Fiona has over 15 years of management, sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on client relationship management across a broad spectrum of client demographics. Fiona excels in building long term relationships with clients and has strong negotiation and communication skills.
